Skype Messaging integration on Windows 10549

Okay I am in a LOT Of groups on Skype....too many tbh and they all talk too much....
I have them set to no notifications on desktop...yet I still get tile notifications and glance notifications of text messages lol.

I set them to mute also and I still get the tile and glance screen notifications.

Is there any other way to change this?
(I am aware it is a beta/tech preview btw)

Would downloading one of the messaging apps from the store fix this?

Same deal here. I use skype for work and am in a lot of groups. Every time someone skypes me directly or a group my phone buzzes like I have an incoming text. I am on vacation this week and it's super-annoying. I can't believe MS didn't think of this.
