Skype on Window 10

Hi.
I just realised that I get no Skype's notification in the Windows 10 Notification Center for new skype messages.
I heard the notification sound and received the message but it has no trace in the Notification Center.
Also in Settings, Viber is not offered as an app for which notifications can be turned on and off.
Anything I can do to fix this?

Skype is a shambles and has been for sometime.

I personally don't use Viber so I can't say much on that front.

skype is dead just like other Microsoft products no one in my contact list is using Skype anymore
