Skype Sign in annoyance

I don't like that Skype doesn't seem able to handle multiple accounts in Windows Phone 8. I can't find anywhere that lets me sign in using a different Skype account (I have two). The other thing I don't like, is when signing out of Skype, it actually signs me out of my Microsoft account, and in order to go back into Skype, I always have to sign in with my Microsoft account ID. Does anybody know if there is a way to sign on as a different user, using a different Skype ID?

I don't believe there is a way to sign in using Skype ID's anymore. MS has combined Skype ID to a MS account and now MS accounts are used for the sign in process. This was done a few months ago with an update to Skype and I remember a lot of people being upset about it.
