Skype SMS default

First off you must make Skype your default SMS client.

Then you have to pick "Contacts" from the hamburger menu.

Next you need to change the option under the boldfaced word "Contacts" from "Skype Contacts" to "Device Contacts".

Now you can pick anyone from your contact list to start an SMS conversation with that person.

Well my option magically appeared after looking an hour ago. No, apps are set to only manual update. No, I didn't reset my phone. No, I'm not a NEWS to the Insider program. It wasn't there before.

I had the same thing happen to me with the Store app and the option to update the live tile only when on wifi. At one point, I noticed that option was gone and I just assumed MS removed it for some reason. Later, it magically reappeared (while I was on the same build and same app version).
