Hello. Many phones disrupt sleep and melatonin production because display emits a o lot of blue and as well green light even when naturally it should become more red as Sun goes down. At this point best thing that can be done is to adjust icon colors. Can app be developed that works similarly like F.lux which automatically reduces blue and green pixel intensity depending on hours?

Not at this time for Windows Phone. Apps can't draw over other apps like on Android and Microsoft doesn't appear to be rushing to add such a feature.

The best you can do is adjust color temperature with Lumia Color Profile if you have a Lumia.
