Slow loading on WPCentrral

Is it just me, or are pages getting slower and slower to completely load on WPCentral? I have a pretty fast internet connection and both and work and home, on different computers, it takes a long time to load pages. Anyone else?

It's not just you. This site is really slow for me, and I have 50 Mbps internet.

Yep. The sites (Including Android Central in this) have been having issues for a while now. Hate to say it, but it may be time for them to rethink the design and start over as I haven't seen any improvements. And I believe they're still hoping the poor performance is isolated among a very few subset of users and systems. It's not.

Anyway, I won't complain too much, but it's some annoying to visit it the site and have it bring my system(s) to it's knees. I basically read the main site via an app now while bypassing the site all together on PCs (with the exception of the forums)

Having looked at the console while loading pages, there appear to be numerous errors as tested with various browsers.

I am not visiting as often as I used to because of this reason - even wmpoweruser.com is faster than this lol.

@All - thanks for reporting these issues. We really do appreciate it. Our tech team has been working on fixes to improve site performance, and have already implemented a bunch of them. One thing I'd suggest is to clear out your browser cache and then try loading the site again. Could be you have some old site files... the new ones should perform better.

All that said we're still working on this to make now only Windows Central but ALL Mobile Nations communities run as fast as possible. Keep reporting any slowness, provide as many details as possible... and thanks for your patience
