1. There should be more type of views of the applications list.
2. File uploading in IE like docs, pdf.
3. The old photos hub was better. From background images to every thing accessible in a single list. Everything was awesome.
4. File manger was much needed but its it's coming so thanks a lot.
5. Lick screen should be more customisable. Like changing the type of date and time view and moving wallpapers.
And yes i think we can't see animating images animating on windows phone
