Smart DJ Cache?

So my Sprint service is hilariously slow...love the feature but can't use it on the go except at school. was wondering if anybody knew if you could cache a playlist the DJ makes before you leave, or something of that sort? and if you can, is there a way to make the playlist your Smart DJ creates longer? thanks for any help
