I was looking up ways to get better scrolling in Chrome when I stumbled across this old Windows Central article.

Like the instructions suggested, I enabled smooth scroll in chrome://flags/ but didn't get the results I wanted so I installed the SmoothScroll extension. Surprisingly enough, it works well. Google sites are still a little jerky, and the level of smoothness still can't compare to Edge. Still, it's a massive upgrade to the default settings. Plus it's insanely easy to do. I started off with the iPhone pre-set but I'm sure I'll experiment.
