SMS delivery confirmation

In the messaging settings I have the SMS delivery confirmation set to on, but I'm not getting any confirmations. Can anyone please advise.

What I mean is when I send an SMS message I am used to getting a confirmation when the recipient receives the message. In the settings I have switched this on but am not getting the confirmations. I there something else I need to be doing?

Oh you mean this feature, try to turn it off and then turn it on again, had similiar bug recently...
