sms dictionary problem

I'm a Chinese, so I use a lot of "AR" or "GA" at the end of what we say. the problem is when I type those ar or ga etc into the text message they auto capital them but I just want them in small letters. so when I type "ar" it would turn to "AR" etc, I can't add the word in to the dictionary either because it's already there but, just in capital letters. is where anyway I can change or fix it?

We have a similar problem in Danish. When writing a time, say "7 o'clock", I'd in Danish write "kl. 7". This, however, gets autocorrected to "KL. 7" which is grammatically incorrect. So if anybody with influence over WP8 development - please fix the "grammar errors" og at least let us change this locally...
