Snapchat account locked due to age

My snapchat account got locked permanently. I put in that I was 12. If I email them my documents will they unlock it once I'm 13?

You should probably ask them first.

Although to be honest, they don't really have much in the way of tech support. I would just pack up and create a new account. I'm on my third as a matter of fact. (remnants from the 6snap slaughter)

But if you really want more Snapchat stuff, you'd probably be better off contacting them directly. (or attempting to)
