Looks alright. I personally don't dig it. Transparent tile would look great. I still like white, flat logos for my apps though.

I hope they'll redesign the tile for the final version, so it fits the metro UI better than this. Also I hope they're going to add support for transparent tile.

TBH anyone could have slapped that tile together in 30 seconds. My assumption is that since they are building the app from scratch to follow the windows phone design language it will have a pretty nice tile. Initial screen shots of the app look very nice.
