Social Media Hub for Windows Phone

Just wondering but is any developer planning on making a social media hub to store all of the social media apps in one place? I'm kind of tired of having them all over my phone. And yes I understand you can move and place the live tiles in any way you want but it would just be a lot more convenient to be able to store them all in one place. I'd develop the app myself but there's one major problem, I'm running Windows 7 and the dev tools are only for Windows 8. I would upgrade to 8 but I honestly don't like the UI for desktops and laptops on Win8, all I've heard were complaints and I'm honestly happy with Win7. I hope someone does make one soon though.

The "Me" and "People" apps/tiles seem to do a pretty good job imo
