Ok, I have exchanged my L920 twice from battery issues/bricked etc... I'm on my 3rd L920 now. Everything looks better so far but since I have an update issue ( I think ) which I dont receive any updates like the recent "display" update, should I do soft reset? If I should, will it fix everything? PLUS, I'm scared if it will get bricked again or other messed up stuff will happen like I read from threads... Any ideas?

Thanks in advance guys!

Read previous posts. This has been brought up. It takes some time to get updates.

You realise the "display update" isn't an OS update, correct? And that it will show up under the Marketplace updates

ok, how do you get marketplace updates automatically then?

I'm not exactly sure when it actually checks for updates, but when it sees there's an update available for the apps you have, you go in and download them.

The phone won't automatically download and install them, presumably because you might not want to use up your data allowance.
