Software Distribution Folder Missing

Hello, I am using Azulle Quantum Byte. Windows 10 will not recognize my 16G flashdrive and cannot update Windows 10. Someone suggested deleting the Windows Software Distribution Folder, but it is nowhere to be found in a Windows Explorer search. Thanks for help.
