Software update challenge for my lumia 535 dual sim, orange

I tried updating the software over mobile data, but it's not working. The phone keep asking for wifi connection to get the updates. Wifi connection is not available in my domain. So how do i get my updates?

if you can borrow or otherwise obtain another Orange compatible phone to put your SIM in and you enable Internet sharing you will be able to connect your 535 to the Wi-Fi hotspot created by the extra phone and update normally
