Access_Violation errors need help

[Solved] I had to lower the cpu core ratio in the bios on the 13900K to a setting of 54 for all 8 cores

Not sure if this is where this post belongs I am new here Hello all

So I have a Asus prime z790 P / I9 13900K / Corsair Vengeance ddr5 6000 mhz / AMD RX 7900 xt / Brand New WD Black Nvme 1TB / Cooler master 2 fan AIO / 1000W psu / 2 dell monitors G3223q running 144mhz DP connection

Fresh install Windows 11 home

I get this error when playing wow:Access_Violation - the instruction at "0x00007ff65662d948" referenced memory at "0xffffffffffffffff"The Memory Could Not Be "Read"ProcessID: 15604ThreadID: 17688

When normal browsing I get:Status_Access_Violation errors and all browsers crash intermittently

Things I have tried:

took one stick out and it happened again

replaced that stick of ram with the other and it happened again

installed totally different ddr5 one stick and it happend again

ran memtest 86 for ten hrs and it passed with both memory sticks plugged in

tried prime 95 and when I hit test the pc crashes

ran the windows memtest and it passed

ran burnin test 10.2 and it passed

changed the video card pcie slots and it did it again

cpu temps are at 87c running the game and it gets down to 70c

All drivers are up to date

Reliability History/Monitor has no events

ran sfc /scannow and it said it found corrupt files and fixed them after restarting it happened again

dsim will not run says online/cleanup-image/checkhealth is unknown

I have no idea what to do next
