Solved: loading... resuming... window on start screen (Build 10166)

Step 1: when you can't access the start screen, slide from the top to open action center and open all settings from quick actions.
Step 2: go to Personalisation > Start > show more tiles.... Turn it off!

that's it. now your problem should be fixed! Checked and worked on my L520

Update to 10512 is faster and shows more tiles.

follow the steps i tried, on the new build and tell me if it works. still haven't got the update!!!
