[Solved] sign in help!

New to windows smart phones, shop told me I need outlook or microsoft e-mail account to access aps etc. Ive now 3 times set up a m/soft account , even had verification email, but STILL wont let me sign in ! Driving me nuts-anyone any ideas please?:unhappy:

you should just reset the phone.

Well! went back to shop, sales gy had a look ,said network was wrong ,re-set phone, and said there you go every things is working now -aps and all other stuff!" Got home, put phone on charge as battery low, open up phone ---and nothing working -no internet, no aps and M/soft account says "not up to date! Grrrrrrrrr!!!!

TRy setting up the Microsoft account on another computer web browser then log in with phone... My son was having issues with a new MS account on his sufrface pro 3... so I simply created his account on my laptop then he was in like Flynn.

You are aware that you must setup your phone again after a hardreset?
Just try it again, but than slowly and read evering twice before you entering anny account.
The store account should be the same as the account your phone is registered with.
After that you can add as many accounts you like.

back to store AGAIN! guy checked it signed me in d/loaded ap. get home , try to sign in -get error code -"cannot find your settings" pops up, facebook -"needs attention" -M/soft + "account not up to date!" -click store -error code store not available This is beyond a f**cking joke!

Okay, seen the problems and the actions taken i am going to believe that the problem lies in your router. Because casual internet should keep working no matter where you are. What happens when you hook in to somebody else his network?

YAY! Cracked it! Muppet at store had de-activated my wifi and locked into store wifi. Once I got it onto my home wifi it works!Thanks for all the help Sgt!
