Solving 0xA00F4271(0xC00D3704), Camera Isn't working

I'm on the Windows 10 Release Preview on my 830, and am experiencing the aggravating 0xA00F4271(0xC00D3704) code when trying to open the camera. This happens for any camera application, and I've also noticed that the flashlight no longer works. I've tried hard resetting and rolling back to Windows 8.1 with no change, and pushing back up to Windows 10 doesn't fix it either. I've read this issue from one or two other people on the web, but nobody seems to have found a fix. Anybody have any ideas?

If it does not work on WM8.1, then it is hardware related and no software can fix it...

There wasn't exactly a catastrophic event I can point to when It stopped working, so unless I got an unlucky short that implies a firmware bricking no?

I just had this error today...

Is it really a hardware issue?? So far my research tellms me it is. I don't want to have to replace this

btw I'm on the fast ring insider.
