Well, that pretty much falls in line with what Intel has been saying, and that's great! It's a little disappointing that it can't quite compete with top-tier ARM chips, but it's close enough that the UX on Bay Trail devices should be smooth enough. Afterall, the system requirements for Windows have not gone up since Vista, so it only makes sense that there would be a point at which Atom would catch up enough to provide a high quality experience, and Bay Trail is likely where that threshold is crossed.
