Some Internet Pages Funtions not working - Missing Credentials?? - post update W10?

Hello! I have some problems with my Windows10 x64 on a high-end laptop.

I don't know if it is post Anniversary Update or after I run CC Cleaner. I had this problem 6 months ago and it resolved after some Windows updates.

The problem is with Windows10 itself, I tried on a Virtual Machine(Ubuntu) and there are no problems.

The problem is: On all 3 browsers I can not acces some fuctions on many websites. EX: Sometimes after I automatically sign in in Gmail, i can not read any emails, I can not delete them, etc.(Oops? the system encountered a problem (#400) - Retrying in 7s - for reading)

EX: I can not sign in in multiple sites, I can not submit this question or reCAPTCHAs(Cannot contact reCAPTCHA. Check your connection and try again.),etc

I have a stable high speed internet .

I tried a to return to a restore point but with no luck...and I can not roll back to a previous verison of Windows
Please help!

Hi ! You might try a in-place repair upgrade. It will take a long time to complete (2Hours+) You won't lose any Apps. I just did one and my PC seems to be doing fine.
