Something wrong with my Cortana?

[Windows Central Question]

Tried setting up Cortana, but I had to restart my computer and now it's stuck at "Welcome back! Let's pick up where you left off." I'm not sure if that's it or if there's more to it and if there is what do I need to do to keep going.
