Sophielens HD - Filter packs issue

So yeah I downloaded sophielens HD when it was introduced. So they introduced these certain filter packs as a part of offer for free, I downloaded the same and has been using the same since then. These free filter survived three to four times I reset my phone, like I just need to go store then when I click for purchase it would say I have already availed it for free.

But suddenly today im seeing all these filters are coming as paid and when I go to the store, they are telling me to pay. Pls help. TIA
