Sound Disappearing NL520

Hey guys
I have the ATT GoPhone (RM915) with Amber and GDR3 Preview installed.

my issue is as such:
If my WiFi is turned off, the sound disappears. Completely .
If it disappears I need to reboot the phone , and then it would work for 2 minutes. after the screen locks, and im guessing the phone completely goes into like , stand-by mode, when I'll open it , there will be NO SOUND whatsoever, and the phone IS NOT on vibrate, the audio is 30/30 ...

the fix for that is WiFi being ALWAYS on; with the option of "Keep wifi alive when screen is off" checked..

anyone experienced this issue or heard of? or maybe read about it? any fix?

Did you try a soft reset?

Also GDR 3 is a developer issue, beta I could say, not final.

Yea. Tried soft reset + Hard reset (twice) and it didnt help. and well - it works so well on my other NL920 , didnt think it would have problems with the 520.. I'm also leaning towards the software bug issue.. hoping it would be fixed in the real release.

Is it possible to flash the GDR 3 again? (I don't know if it is, am asking)
If its possible, give it a shot , nothing to lose except a few hours and possibly the trouble
