SP3 Dock Firmware update

The 4/19 firmware/driver updates for SP4 and SB are getting some chatter, but I haven't seen any comments about the SP3 updates that were supposedly released at the same time. I run an SP3 in a Dock and would have expected to see these by now. Has any SP3 user actually received these updates?

I will check mine cause the sp3 and the dock sucks... So I hope this update fixes the performance

Asking again because I have still not been updated: Has any SP3 owner seen the promised docking station upgrades dated 4/19? There is supposedly both firmware for the dock and an associated driver.

I have the new firmware confirmed by the "Microsoft Surface Dock Updater" tool and it has been nothing but a nightmare. My cable was no longer able to push 4k to my monitor and then when I bought the cable/adapter recommended on Microsoft's support site there was distortion at the top of my monitor. If I go directly from the mini-DP on my SP3, everything is fine.
