SP4 has been glitchy when typing or writing Facebook comments

This is happening only in FB-connected comments for newspaper articles. When I write longhand with the pen (yes, I'm that old!), each line I enter gets entered twice, and then the cursor jumps randomly through existing text and new letters and words are entered in the middle of existing words. It is truly bizarre.

If I decide to use the soft keyboard (I don't use a type cover), and I type the first few letters of a word and then select it from the suggested words, the word is appended to the few letters I already typed! So I get words like everyteverything.

This is happening only in the "Powered by Facebook" comments after articles. MS Word works as beautifully as before.

Anyone else? Any suggestions for a fix?

I get this happening almost all the time when I type a comment on fb (through the browser or the horrible fb app) using the soft keyboard

So far, my solution has been to pair my phone with the Surface, and use the phone's keyboard. But I'd much rather write.

I have exactly the same issue. It seems to be caused by Edge and script contained in facebook's web site.
