SP4 slow logon

After I enter my pin or sign in with hello my updated new sp4 takes up to 5 minutes to logon to the start screen. This is my second device and I am getting fed up with all the issues with this device.

what are among your programs that you have autoloading? A regular Windows 10 machine will never take that long to load under any regular circumstances.
