Spare battery for long flights

Does the Surface Pro 3 have any way to use a spare battery for long flights?

I have not seen anything like a spare battery.

On my last several flights, they did have Power outlets between the seats. Take your charger with you.

As long as the battery is capable off putting out 12V and you need an adaptor.

The better solution though is take your power adaptor with you. Like DKatman said, many planes now have power outlets.
