Ubisoft announced on Wednesday that a Splinter Cell remake is beginning development. The effort is being led by Ubisoft Toronto, who are using the Snowdrop engine that's also being used in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Ubisoft's upcoming Star Wars game.
