Hi,
Does anyone else have issues using the Spotify app on their Lumia 635? I've had the app for over a year now and it's awful. It's constantly freezing or crashing and at times it claims that it's offline when it's not or that I need to sign up to Premium to use it when I am already a Premium member. In addition it's just generally slow and only works at start up one out of every ten times. Opening the app up to listen to music is a 25 minute process of starting and restarting the app in hopes that it will start to work. No one at Microsoft knows how to approach the issue but friends of mine with other Windows phones don't have this issue so I'm wondering if it's just a 635 thing.
