Start screen background.

Is there anyway to alter the brightness of the start screen background photo on W10, I'm hating the dimmed down version.

When you change from the Start flyout to Show Start Full Screen in settings it does tone down the background pic so I see what you mean. However, no solution has presented itself to me. I would guess it needs a custom edit utility or some tweaking through PowerShell to make the adjustment.
