startup after glance screen slow

Hello all,

I have a issue when starting up my Lumia 820 (WP 8.1 Cyan) from the 'Glance' screen to the lock screen; has become quite slow (5 seconds instead of near instantaneous). I have tried the Live Lock screen app, but already deleted it. However, the issue started around that time.

Is there a solution that wouldn't require a factory reset?

Ya, the live lock screen had a lot of bugs & a simple uninstall wouldn't suffice. There was an article regarding that, posted on WPC blog, maybe you should have a look at that.
