Stepped Banning

Saw some interesting stuff over in the campfire forum this morning. Looks like they are testing it at CB, but could be coming our way.

[TD="class: body"]100 triggers a 3 day ban, the next 75 total 175 triggers a 7 day ban, the next 50 total 225 triggers a 30 day ban, the next ANYTHING triggers perm ban, so perm threshold was set at 226.

Anything serious gets an automatic 226 and perma ban.
