Still didn't recieve GDR2 update

Hi guys! I have a Nokia Lumia 920 and I still didn't get GDR2 (Amber) update on my unlocked phone in Jordan, Zain is my carrier.

Is it something weird or it's normal? because I'm already reading some articles about GDR3 and Windows Phone 8.1.

I really want the Glance screen :'(
