still no amber update in india

Its been long time I am checking for update in my NL620 but till today there is no amber update.... Some of my friends have same phone also doesn't get amber.... I don't think my phone details will help... I am from Kerala using idea network,( I don't know it may help)... As I called Nokia care here they don't know about amber update either..... I think some of guys from Andhra Pradesh updated to amber.... I will appreciate any useful replays.... Thank you guys for reading my post....

Almost everyone I know who is using a umia 620 in India is on Amber. They have updated albeit later than other models but they have amber.

I know this coz I am a part of this fb group https://www.facebook.com/groups/NL920India/ where many ppl complained regarding 620 and then later many updated and posted the good news.

Check with couple of different Nokia care centres, I'm sure one of them should help you update to amber if you visit them

620 is the best phone I ever used... But not getting amber isn't problem of 620 its about my country(I think)...

I contacted with Nokia care just now... They said I have to flash my phone to get amber update... If I do I will lose all my datas...,
