Goto windowsphone.com.
then login with same Microsoft account that you are using in your phone.
Then in the top right corner, u can find your login details..
Click on that - Then click my phone
Then a new page appears.. there u can see your device name with phone no.
with last seen location
if you want to lock your phone click on "Find, ring, lock or erase your phone"
Then click on lock - You can lock your phone with a pin number and a display message.. This message will be displayed after you lock your phone and cant be used any more without unlocking.

If you want to find your phone with this same option go to Find my Phone
It will show the last seen location of your phone with Date and Time.
