Storage full

I have an issue that is my SD card goes out of storage space everyday I have to delete some content or an app to get some storage space back. This happens even if I don't install/download any content. Can anybody help me with this. Tried clearing the cache but no luck.

Try soft reset, if that doesn't fix it, format your sd card
