Storage not reduced?

All of you guys remember that OneDrive fiasco, well i'm sure i can call it that way, when they reduced our storage? For me it was from 15+15GB to 5GB. Like me, i'm pretty sure all of you had to go along and just deal with the fact you're gonna have survive with amount of storage lef. So, like 10min ago, my friend, also a member of this forum, atlatisBre, asked me how to check his remaining free storage OneDrive. I explaind him and out of curiosity wanted to check mine for mysef. And bam, there was around 29,3GB unused. Same thing with my friend (that is, he had less unused storage, but it was xx out of 30GB).

So i'm wondering, did they forgot to take away our storage? Maybe they won't take it away 'cause that was part of the deal when i bought my 640? Or they haven't started with implementation of this reducement?

Mine says 151GB left. So far they didn't take away anything. According to their blog it's starting early 2016:

All the stuff they advertised for the 640 are gone now. I feel kinda played by the MS.

It's definitely not a nice move, but considering that their storage plans are rather cheap, it's not much of a loss either.

That is true, but i have no intention in buying storage, and to be honest, i don't think i'll ever exeec these 5GB. But still, it's not a nice thing when they don't follow their obligations.
They also offered 1yr Office 365 subscription for 4 devices(?), and well, i didn't get that. Turns out 'It's not available in my country'. Well i'm in Europe for God's sake.

Thank God that devices is awesome, if it wasn't, i'd be seriously disappointed in MS.
