Storage question

I have an app that records videos not the nokia camera, the problem is i'm only able to see the video within the app not in my videos folder, it gives me the option to upload to onedrive but it always fails after a few minutes and never upload.

Is there a way i can access the recorded videos of that app from other source? like using my computer connected to the phone or any other way at all? how do i save it?

are you able to email the videos? also what is the name of the app you are using? What happens if you do it over wifi instead of the cellular network?

On the computer, it is mixed in with the photos. "Camera Roll" or something like that.
