Storage Sense Bug

My storage sense on DP 8.1 update 1 doesn't show any temporary files at all.
The phone is just filling up and and up.
Any solutions?

Not a bug... Storage Sense shows 0 bytes temorary files as standard. Any temp files are now automatically deleted when not needed....

That doesn't explain why system files is getting filled up.

You didn't say that in your original post... System will always fill up as you use your phone. Installing new apps, receiving texts, phone calls etc... These all need 'workspace' for the OS to interpret and use the information. It's exactly the same if you use a computer...

There's always Storage Check in Settings. Settings->Storage Check. In here you can see Temp files as well as Other Storage.

Agreed. But as the OP said, it will show 0 bytes...

I guess I should have explained more. I meant to say he can monitor his Other storage to see if its growing there also.

While on the subject of storage, my Photos says that I have 3.6GB, when I hav only one photo on the phone. Any suggestions. I see FB and One Drive as albums, but can this be considered in the 3.6GB?

I went from 2.6 to 5.3GB on temporary files...all done in a space of an hour...press delete and it does nothing. Any ideas? Soft reset didn't work and I know its the playstation 1 games taking up space bit some wont play so it gets lost. Files doesn't appear to show them. Got no idea where these hidden files are

Figured it out...storage sense is crap for getting rid of temporary files.....go to Lumia storage check and it wipes all temporary files straight away. Hope that helps
