Storage sense does not recognize any media file?

I recently formatted my sd card. After that I put some media files (audios, videos, photos) into sd card. But storage sense doesn't recognize it. Why? All stuff shows in "Other".. What can I do now?

What file system did you you select when you formatted your card?

FAT32 (Default)

FAT32 for 32GB and under, over 32GB format to exFAT
Put the card in and let the phone setup the folders, then connect to PC to put your stuff on the card.

Everything is tried but no change..

It's a bug that has been present since WP 8.1, the only way to fix is to hard reset your phone and don't forget to format your SD card. (use your phone to format the card)
