What does the Other in storage means and qhybdo I have 970mb taken? Or how to delete this data

You cant delete it, these are important cache/temp/mail/contact/install....-files. It clears up space if possible and needed.
If its going crazy the only way is a hard reset.
But its normal, like windows desktop systems have cache and temp files to operate...

yes its impossible to do so. but windows clears little space for itself wen ur device is low on storege so other than that its not possible to clear others storage!!
