I've noticed that just today.
It seems like Store isn't taking so long to open as before.Oddly enough, I was just comparing it to the x86-based (and high performance, as well...) Windows 10 Mobile emulator, and sometimes the phone opened the application faster than the emulator, what was very uncommon.
Also, I've noticed an update to the .Net Native runtime yesterday, which could have impacted phone's performance positively.
Did you notice some performance boost too?
