Store down

Is Store down ? I am using lumia 830. Yesterday there was a update, after that the store takes a lot of time to open. Today I used the QR code scanner app to install a game Vocabulary Crosswords, I get an error code 0x80004005.
Am I the only one having this problem ?

store is working fine on my 730 ( production build) , are you an insider?
