Store download changed to Wifi

Guys, I am finding some low mb games like Subway surfers(35mb) getting downloaded only via Wi-Fi. Earlier, these games could be downloaded via mobile data. How to change it????

Try store > settings > turn off "update apps via wifi". I know that you can download apps both mobile and wifi.
