I have this problem and it surface in both Lumia 525 and Lumia 920.
I have login with these two phones using two sperate IDs. These two IDs belongs to my kids and I place these 2 IDs under "My Family" to restirct their access to Paid Apps.
Now the strange thing is when they go to Store - Games - Top Free, then list is empty. When I reset the phone, the list appear for a while and then it disappear again.
The Apps list Top Free and Top Paid is fine but not the Games.
It happens to both phones and both IDs.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
