Store not working..signs of a new build to be released today?

My store isnt working..not opening..when opens, cannot download anything cant update either.. Anybody else facing this problem?

I just updated from 8.1 to 10 (10166). After doing a hard reset (to get the wifi working again), a lot of my homescreen tiles were greyed out. When I tap them, I go to the store but nothing happens (it does open it, but I only see one button and the top navigation?. When I go directly to the store and search I get an "The server stumbled" error (error code is 1).

Is the store down for everyone or is my store app just acting up?
