Strange: Latest version of Ever Note seemed to break notifications?

So I installed the latest version of Ever Note, and not too long after my Facebook chat and also Facebook application notifications stopped working. I tried restarting the phone and also re-configuring my Facebook account, but it didn't work. I realized I recently installed EN, so uninstalled it, and then everything seemed to work normal. Anyone run into this issue? Also, what other apps are known to break notifications, and why does this happen? Very strange. . . .

Can't say I've noticed an issue with Weather Flow myself - not an Evernote user these days either, but my FB chat has been broken for a couple of days and has resisted all attempts to wake it back up. No new apps, only the Here apps update yesterday so no apparent app-related cause...
